Zax Bakeshop Interior

Our Story

Where childhood nostalgia meets French culinary artistry.

From Dreams to Reality

The journey to Zax Bakeshop began in a home kitchen, baking holiday cookies with his mother. Founder Zach turned that childhood spark into a dual-discipline career, earning a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor's in Business from Keystone College. After years of refining his craft in high-end country clubs, wedding venues, and chocolatiers, Zax Bakeshop opened its doors in 2024.

We want your visit to be an escape. Surrounded by warm, Paris-inspired décor, you'll hear the hum of a working kitchen and smell the undeniable scent of fresh bread. It is an experience that ends with our signature touch: your treats packed carefully in our classic black box, tied with green twine. Ready for your next destination.
